Bliley is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join a team and culture that is built around high-quality-driven products. As Bliley’s QA Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to improve the quality of Bliley’s products and performance through verification of product, the outputs of these verifications and test results of products, and the recommendations you put forth in the analysis of these outputs, alongside your peer group.
We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative professional that can lead through their personality traits.
Our QA Technicians will primarily work alongside the internal employees, remote workers, and occasionally with the supply chain, and rarely directly with customers.

Job Qualifications: Quality Technician
A day in the life:
- Carry out incoming inspection of material, in-process inspections, final inspections, including first article inspections.
- Support the disposition and control of MRB contents.
- Support RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) activities.
- Support the calibration/verification processes, including working with outside calibration services.
- Support RMA processes by carrying out inspections, collaborating on failure analysis, recommendations for improvement.
- Requires a high school degree or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the supply chain.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, well organized and self-motivated.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be a leader, a great team player, and accountable to internal customers.
- Ownership mindset
- Per ITAR Compliance must be a U.S. Citizen
